Description
The Parallel collection features fourteen pieces made
from teak wood and synthetic rope. These chairs, armchairs, sofas and tables are modern yet extremely comfortable, characterised by their back, their most distinguishing feature.
The grade A teak from Asia with a particularly high content of gum and natural oil is the best possible wood option for exterior furniture. As with everything from Casa e Jardim the wood chosen is 100% sustainable.

- Grade A sustainable teak frames with synthetic rope.
Upholstery:
- Thick seat and back cushions with polyurethane foam.
Teak
POINT uses grade-A Asian teak wood sourced from carefully managed sustainable forests. Teak is considered the premium wood and most suitable for outdoor furniture. It is extremely hard-wearing, stable, waterproof and weather-resistant. This is due to its high level of natural oils, resulting in minimal moisture absorption and great stability.
Teak is also highly resistant to fungi and attacks by parasites and insects.
Teak expands and contracts with changes in climate. Shrinking of the wood can result in cracks in the assembly joints or the grain of the wood itself.
This does not affect the structural integrity of the frame’s construction
POINT offers two types of finish on its teak woods.
Teak
Untreated and completely natural.
Can be treated with protector to maintain a new appearance.
Untreated the teak takes on a grey patina as it ages.
Teak Weathered
'Weathered', where the wood undergoes a sustainable ageing process that consists of eroding the grain of the wood by repeatedly brushing it by hand to give the grain a more rustic texture. Then an ecological water- based treatment is applied to achieve the characteristic weathered look that teak takes on when exposed to the elements.

Industrial designer who has won many awards. Silver Delta Award in 1992 and 1997, Industrial Design Award by the Council of the Catalan Chambers of Commerce, New Style Award And Sidi Awards.
The lounging Parallel range includes 2 sofas an armchair and 3 sizes of coffee table.
The sumptuous dining range features 4 sizes of dining tables and 2 dining chairs.
A club armchair and a bar stool completes the range.
